Before you book
What do you build with?
Mostly n8n, Make and Zapier, joined to GoHighLevel, HubSpot and whatever the business already uses. Where a step needs judgement rather than a rule, a language model such as Claude or ChatGPT takes it and hands back something structured.
How does a project start?
With an audit: what the business actually does, where the work stalls, and which of it should never have been a person's job. That becomes a system map a build can be staged against.
What do I get at the end?
Production workflows, documented, with error handling, retry paths and run logging, plus a handover walkthrough so your team knows how it works.
Do you work with GoHighLevel agencies?
Yes. Full GHL builds: pipelines, custom fields, campaigns, calendars and workflows configured as one system, plus the connections out to the rest of your stack that GHL cannot make on its own.
Will AI send things to my customers on its own?
Only where you decide it should. Models classify, extract and draft; a human checkpoint sits wherever a person should decide. In the churn build, nothing reaches a customer without approval.
