The build

Eight stages, built for a fictional Antipolo supplier against real listings. PhilGEPS has no API and runs on ASP.NET postbacks, so the scrape threads __VIEWSTATE, __EVENTVALIDATION and session cookies through every request. An LLM extracts each notice into a structured record; that requirement list is checked against a compliance library in Airtable, scored for fit, and returned as a go / no-go verdict with a written rationale. On approval the drafting stage pulls company facts from a Qdrant vector store so the quotation letter is grounded in real detail rather than invented. Every stage is verified against a live tender; wiring them into one scheduled run is the remaining work.
